Method


  • Mix the yogurt, tikka powder, garlic, ginger and lime juice in a large bowl. Then add the turkey and stir. Cover and marinate the seasoned turkey in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Put the turkey chunks and peppers on to the skewers.
  • Grill for 6-8 minutes on each side. Ensure the turkey is cooked through.
  • Scatter the coriander over the skewers when ready to serve.
