Grab the mango and pineapple chunks and add them to a blender.
Pour in ¾ cups of sparking water.
Add 1 piece of ginger and top with 1-2 teaspoons of raw honey.
Blend until you have a smooth result!
For a slushy: Add some ice to your blender and blitz away until you have a slushy mixture. Pour into a glass and serve.
For a sorbet: Add some ice to your blender and blitz away until you have a slushy mixture. Pour into a freezable container and freeze for a few hours. Remove from the freezer and allow to defrost slightly and then blitz again until you have a slushy puree. Freeze for a further 1 hour and then serve by scooping into a bowl.
For sour shots: Pour the mixture straight into shot glasses from the blender and serve straight away. For the smoky effect, add 1 pellet of dry ice to the bottom of your shot glasses before pouring the drink in.
