Cookie Shots


  • 100g Plain Flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 200g porridge oats
  • 75g chocolate chips
  • 85g soften butter
  • 100g light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 20ml non-fat milk
  • 20g milk chocolate


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Using a large bowl, add the flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt and then whisk. Add in the porridge oats and chocolate chips. Using an additional bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar before beating in the egg to make a light and fluffy mixture. Add this mixture to the other bowl and whisk thoroughly.
  3. Using a shot mould, form the cookie shots with the mixture ensuring the walls are around ½ inch in thickness.
  4. Chill for 20 minutes before baking for 15 minutes, ensure the cookie shots are left to cool down.
  5. Melt the chocolate and pour into cookie shots. Leave to chill until chocolate has completely set.
  6. Pour milk into each cookie shot to serve.
