Fiery Prawn Skewers

  • 250g raw king prawns
  • 250g cherry tomato
  • 190g sweet chilli sauce
  • juice 1 large lime
  • 1 thyme sprig


  1. Alternate prawns and halved cherry tomatoes onto skewers until all are filled. Place the skewers on to a baking tray. Mix together the sweet chilli sauce, juice of the lime and thyme and then pour over the skewers on the baking tray. Marinate in the fridge for 30 at least minutes.
  2. Cook the skewers using a hot grill or barbecue for 10-12 minutes, turning and occasionally. Once cooked, serve with extra dipping sweet chilli sauce.
