Method


  • Alternate prawns and halved cherry tomatoes onto skewers until all are filled.
  • Place the skewers on to a baking tray.
  • Mix together the sweet chilli sauce, juice of the lime and thyme and then pour over the skewers on the baking tray.
  • Marinate in the fridge for 30 at least minutes.
  • Cook the skewers using a hot grill or barbecue for 10-12 minutes, turning and occasionally.
  • Once cooked, serve with extra dipping sweet chilli sauce.
  • Serve as a starter or to serve as a main serve with starchy food group such as rice or salad.
